  • Personalisation means we update your existing policies with your practice-specific details. This includes items such as your practice name, address, logos, responsible officers, roles, headers, footers and formatting so the documents clearly belong to your practice.

    Customisation, on the other hand, involves changing the content of the policy itself to reflect different ways of working, local processes or clinical decisions. This usually requires policy drafting, interpretation and sign-off by the practice.

    PolicyEase provides personalisation only. We do not amend policy wording, alter processes or rewrite content, as these decisions must remain with the practice.

  • We take your existing generic policies and carefully insert your practice details, branding and specific configurations so the documents fit your needs. We then organise them into a clear, accessible structure.
