Typically via a temporary admin login you set up and can revoke at any time, or from a document export you provide. We never retain login credentials beyond the active project. We can advise on the simplest secure approach for your specific provider before you commit to anything.
An active subscription with a recognised UK GP policy provider, access to your document library, a list of your responsible officers and their roles, and 30 minutes for a briefing call. That is everything we need to get started.
If officer changes happen during a two-week Level 1 project, we update them before final delivery. At Level 2, officer changes are part of the ongoing management cycle — just let us know and we will update the relevant documents.
Level 1 is a one-off delivery. After that, most practices either manage new provider releases themselves, or move to Level 2 for ongoing cover. We will advise you on the call which approach makes most sense — there is no obligation to continue.
No — we are fully independent. We work with documents you already license from Practice Index, First Practice Management, Clarity TeamNet, and others. We do not sell policies, receive referral fees, or have any commercial relationship with any provider.
Personalisation means inserting your practice details, responsible officers, review dates, and branding into an existing template. Customisation means rewriting the policy content itself — that is outside our scope. If you need a bespoke policy authored from scratch, we can point you in the right direction.
Yes. You must hold an active subscription with a recognised UK GP policy provider. We personalise what they supply — we do not license or resell their content. If you are currently without a provider but considering one, we are happy to advise on what to look for.
You give us access to your provider library and join a short briefing call (usually 30 minutes). We strip provider branding, insert your practice details and responsible officers, fix formatting, set review dates, and group documents by topic. Two weeks later, you receive the complete pack — reviewed by you and ready to use.
