Questionnaire Reporting Schedule

We aim to email the quarterly reports to the designated Key Person at each practice during the second week of the month, as outlined below.

NOTE: in response to numerous requests and a notable number of staff members across various practices who are yet to complete the questionnaire, we have agreed to extend the March reporting. The reports will now be emailed to you in the week beginning 1st of April 2024.
